David

David has been working in the regulatory profession for over 18 years, including 15 in RF & Electrical compliance specifically, playing a leading role in building and scaling a start-up business into an industry leading compliance vendor. Since entering the industry as a Regulatory Engineer in 2007, David established a reputation with manufacturers, and regulators alike, as a highly versatile, rigorous professional, with the ability to cut through demanding situations, and deliver fresh, intelligent solutions to complex compliance challenges.

Most recently, David has spent 3 years as the UK Group Technical Director for a leading Global TIC provider, responsible for overarching technical strategy, governance and continuous improvement, across a broad range of service sectors and industries, including, construction, fire safety, cables, and non-destructive testing.

David embraces a far-sighted, and multifaceted approach to his work, and is meticulous in his approach, striving to develop and implement equitable, well-rounded strategies, in a manner that is effective, sensitive to risk, and tailored to all stakeholders involved.

Kathryn

Kathryn is a seasoned expert in RF and electrical regulatory compliance, with over 15 years of experience navigating the complexities of global market access. Since entering the industry in 2010, she has built and refined hundreds of regulatory procedures, helping some of the world’s most recognizable brands achieve seamless compliance across international markets. She is known for setting a high bar in customer service and project delivery, fostering relationships that go far beyond transactional.

Most recently, Kathryn has served as General Manager of a leading multi-million-pound TIC business unit, leading a team of more than 50 employees operating in the UK and overseas. Her leadership style is defined by adaptability, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to both her team and clients.

Fluent in Spanish, conversational in French, and a native English speaker, Kathryn brings a global perspective to her work. She thrives on problem-solving, forward thinking, and out-of-the-box innovation to keep ahead of the curve. As a team-oriented and client-focused leader, she has a strong sense of purpose and ensures each customer journey is handled with strategic execution, diligence, clarity, and purpose.

Zhenya

Zhenya began her journey in the RF and electrical regulatory compliance industry in 2013, joining one of the most well recognised and reputable providers for global market access and playing a pivotal role in serving some of the largest brands to bring their products to market. Fluent in Russian and English, a keen traveller and people-centric by nature, Zhenya is a well-known figure and seasoned expert in her field.

Zhenya regularly engages with geopolitical news and analysis to stay abreast of global trends and understands the multi-faceted challenges that arise and the wider implications and opportunities they create. She has most enjoyed helping both her customers and her team members navigate such change and is well versed with constantly adapting approaches while navigating tough regulations often compounded by political conflict.

She has a standout ability to build trust and influence, even in the most challenging markets.
